Reservation Policy for Iloilo Gateway Hotel and Suites
Thank you for choosing Iloilo Gateway Hotel and Suites! To ensure a seamless booking experience, please review our reservation policy below:
- Booking and Confirmation
- Accurate guest details (name, contact information, and special requests) must be provided at the time of booking.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment.
- Your booking is ONLY on hold and is considered non-guaranteed upon receipt of your request even if a reference number was given by the hotel.
- Confirmation shall be advised by the hotel by via email confirmation as soon as we received and verified your proof of payment or guarantee.
- Non-guaranteed reservations may be released a day prior arrival without any notice.
- Payment and Guarantees
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the reservation is confirmed.
- All room reservations require a guaranteed deposit equivalent to 50% of the total estimated bill with a minimum of 1 night per room.
- Some promotional rates will require full payment upon reservation. Please refer to Terms and Conditions of Promotions offered.
- All rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and cash payments.
- We require duly signed Letter of Authority to Bill from affiliates with approved credit lines only.
- Deposits are to be made 2-5 days from the date of the booking request and at least 2 days prior expected date of arrival. For last minute bookings, deposit/guarantee must be made on the day as the reservation request.
- Modification
- Modifications are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
- Amendment request made 7 days prior to arrival will incur no charge.
- Amendment request made 6-2 days prior arrival will incur penalty charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Any amendment received a day before expected arrival date or later including no show is subject to forfeiture of 100% of deposited amount.
- Unused deposits shall be converted to cash vouchers for future use.
- Some promotional rates are non-amenable. Please refer to Terms and Conditions of Promotions offered.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of Force Majeure such as weather conditions and other natural calamities, the hotel will not charge any penalty and will amend your reservation according to your preferred date/s.
- In the event of personal emergencies such as a medical situation, flight delay, sudden legal obligations or death of family, the hotel will not charge any penalty and will amend your reservation according to your preferred date/s. The hotel, however, reserves the right to require proof or certification of the emergency for approval.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Special Requests
- Requests for room preferences, extra beds, or amenities are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities.
- General Policies
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Prior arrangement is required.
- Designated smoking areas are available. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee.
